Urban Coastal Design by Laurie Atwood
Laurie has been started with The Atwood Team as both Listing Manager and Operations Manager for 8 years. In addition, Laurie is an experienced interior designer, graphic designer, marketing manager, photographer and freelancer. Laurie has assisted many clients, friends and family prepare and stage their property for listing. She has also assisted several clients with designing their existing or new homes including wall, flooring and lighting selection. Laurie has over 20 years’ experience in interior design, 15 years’ experience in graphic design as well as 10 years in marketing. Laurie earned her Bachelor of Science degree in interior design with a French and art minor from James Madison University. She now owns her own company, Urban Coastal Design.

Urban Coastal Design provides sellers with a customized, detailed, no-cost marketing plan. Urban Coastal Design employs a team of contractors and can provide estimates and management for all recommendations. In addition, Urban Coastal Design extends a discounted hourly design rate for services for Atwood Team clients.
