About Me
Ben Joined the Atwood team in April of 2019 as a Real Estate Sales Agent after receiving his license. Ben markets and sells real estate for sellers and works with buyers to find them their ideal home. He previously held a Real Estate License from 2006-2011 after graduating college From Towson University with a Business Degree. With a major interest in home building and design he also worked in home construction, rehabbing homes in the Baltimore and surrounding areas. After achieving success in the field he moved solely into the Home Construction side of the things in 2011. He is on the board of directors for the Pascal Foundation, which works with charities and nonprofit organizations to provide support in communities all over the state of Maryland. Ben and his brother Robert Pascal opened Pascal’s Chophouse in 2017, a fine dining steakhouse located in Severna Park, MD. After 8 years in the Home Construction industry, Ben decided to get back into Real Estate sales full time after speaking with his longtime friend and Team leader Tom Atwood and meeting the incredible team he has built a Keller Williams. Ben has been married since 2015 and just introduced their first baby girl last year. He is highly motivated to provide the best service in the industry as part of the Atwood Team.
